As a collaboration of global Totes, World Pool enables bettors from all over the globe to bet into a single pool, the result being enormous liquidity, and a multi-million pound betting experience. Due to the dynamic nature of the pool, customers can receive higher pay outs than they would receive with bookmakers. In the UK, the Tote operates Tote Guarantee which means the UK and Irish pools will always match or exceed the industry Starting Price (SP) on Win bets.
Saturday’s Betfred 2000 Guineas, which celebrates its 218th running this year, is the first of the five British Classics. The great Frankel won by the widest margin this century when scoring by six lengths in 2011, while the most recent International-trained winner was Makfi who won the 2010 renewal for Mikel Delzangles.
The 2000 Guineas is race 5 on the card (15:35 BST), but the meeting begins at 13:10 BST with a listed 1200m (6f) sprint in which the classy
Sky Majesty is respected for a William Haggas yard that has a good record in the race. However, she has tended to peak later in the season and is passed over in favour of
SAYIDAH DARIYAN, who has a good record against her own sex over this trip, and she won first time out last season.
Flora Of Bermuda is the main danger.
One of the big betting races on the card, the 1200m (6f) handicap (13:45 BST) features one of the strongest favourites of the day: Double Rush. He made a mockery of his handicap mark when winning by nearly five lengths here last month, and a penalty might not stop him, but he faces some race-fit rivals here and preference is for ADDISON GREY who ran well on his return at Newbury and will relish this quicker ground.

Another historic handicap, the Suffolk Stakes (14:20 BST), is up next over 1800m (1m1f) and the fast going should help the Andrew Balding-trained
MISTER WINSTONfollow up his recent course win over this slightly longer trip.
The HKJC World Pool Palace House Stakes (Group 3) at 14:55 BST looks a good opportunity for defending champion
RUMSTARto lower the colours of star sprint attraction
Asfoora. Though campaigned slightly differently this year, the Australian mare may still need her first run of the season before heading to Royal Ascot in June. A winter gelding operation may allow
Night Raider to show his true potential, but he’s yet to win over this 1000m (5f) trip, and a bigger danger could be the Godolphin runner
Beckford’s Folly who should be fitter for his reappearance run here last month.

George Boughey has described his unbeaten 2000 Guineas favourite Bow Echo as ‘the best colt we've had’ and the Royal Lodge winner is respected, but Charlie Appleby has targeted this race in recent years, so DISTANT STORM is fancied to reverse Dewhurst form with Gstaad.
That end of season contest has worked out strongly, with the re-opposing Oxagon and Alparslan both winning recognised Guineas trials this spring, and the Godolphin runner is bred to improve further now tackling 1600m (one-mile).
The following 1200m (6f) handicap (16:10 BST) can also go to ‘the Boys in Blue’ with handicap newcomer
MAN OF VISION whose Wolverhampton win is working out well and who looks to have enough speed for this drop in trip.
Distant Storm: has a strong chance of becoming another Charlie Appleby-trained 2000 Guineas winner.
Meanwhile, a return to handicap company should suit top-weight
BELLUM JUSTUM in the following 2400m contest at 16:45 BST. He has a fine
Newmarket record, loves quick ground, and can successfully concede weight to his eight rivals.
Stellar Vision and Sierra Sands are closely matched on their run here last month, but both are taken on in the 1400m (7f) handicap at 17:20 BST with
LOHOOBB. Owen Burrows has his horses in fine form at the moment and this Too Darn Hot colt shaped as if he would make up into a much better three-year-old during three winless runs as a juvenile.
Finally, the closing 1600m (one-mile) handicap (17:55 BST) has been won by the favourite in three of the last four seasons, so the market has tended to get it right.
TWISTING PHYSICS has won second-time-out each season and this lightly-raced five-year-old is fancied to strike having caught the eye in defeat on his reappearance over 2000m (1m2f) last month. He is preferred to Recar winner
Skipper, the well-handicapped
Mr Professor, and the hat-trick-seeking
Man Of La Mancha.
