Ian Williams has confirmed
London Prize will be left in the Unibet Greatwood Hurdle at Monday's confirmation stage following his victory at Wincanton on Saturday.
The West Midlands handler reported the six-year-old to have taken his run in the Elite Hurdle extremely well and will consider the valuable
prize at
Cheltenham next Sunday for which London Prize incurred a 5lb penalty.
"He has come out of his race really well this morning. He got a little bit discontented that I should expect him to stand still for a photograph," said Williams.
"He certainly wasn't lacking any good feeling after yesterday. He was in great humour.
"I think we will be leaving him in the Greatwood tomorrow and we will see how he is over the next few days. Obviously we will see what the handicapper wants to do with him and what is our best way going forward."
