Calett Mad has the chance to prove he is worthy of a lofty handicap mark in the Totepool Towton Novices' Chase at Wetherby on Saturday.Trainer Nigel Twiston-Davies will be hoping history repeats itself as Blaklion took the race 12 months ago and went on to follow up in the RSA Chase at the Cheltenham Festival.Anthony Bromley, racing manager to owners Simon Munir and Isaac Souede, said: "Calett Mad has been saved for the Towton. He was in the Sky Bet Chase last week, but his mark got reassessed to 148 and we just thought that if the handicapper was correct then he deserves a chance to try and earn a place in the RSA.He's also in the four-miler (National Hunt Chase), but we'll see how he gets on over three miles first." Dan Skelton has entered Value At Risk and Captain Chaos, while Philip Hobbs has given Rock The Kasbah the option. Missed Approach is a possible for Warren Greatrex, and Kris Spin could run for Kerry Lee.Kaki De La Pree, Baywing, Delusionofgrandeur and The Dutchman complete the 10 possibles.
