GOOD EARTH was denied a clear run at Southwell last week and is better judged on his success off 2 lb lower at the same course on his penultimate start. The 9-y-o remains on an attractive mark and he could be the way to go in what looks a wide open race. If Phoenix Beach is on a going day he will be a threat, while Harb is third choice ahead of Dark Kestrel, Farandaway and recent C&D winner Pal Joey.

Race Hints
Specific Pace Hint: A decent pace still shouldn’t detract from the chances of those who race on or near the front end such as Harb: Good Earth might not benefit from being ridden as far back as usual for all the gallop is likely to be a reasonable one.
