Top tipster and pundit Martin Dixon reveals his three best bets for the action on the final day of the Sky Bet Ebor Festival at York on Saturday, live on Racing TV.
1.50 York: Geryon
Three-year-olds have won three of the last four renewals of the Strensall Stakes and I'm hoping Geryon can add to that good recent record for the Classic generation.
Ger Lyons' colt improved when bolting up in a Leopardstown Group Three in July, quickening smartly from the front, and it was another step forward when he was second to Enceladus in the Gordon Stales last time, travelling strongly only to be outstayed by the winner.
Coming back in distance in what should be a strongly-run race should see him to even better effect and he handles some ease in the ground as well.

3.35 York: Tarriance
It's been pretty much the perfect week so far for Juddmonte, Colin Keane and Andrew Balding and I think Tarriance has strong claims to land Saturday's Sky Bet Ebor.
A winner of the Melrose at this meeting last year, his record in big handicaps is generally very progressive and I thought he shaped extremely well returning from almost three months off at Goodwood last time.
He travelled strongly to lead at the two-furlong pole that day, but just didn't quite see things out as the lack of a recent run seemed to tell. My immediate thought was that it would put him absolutely spot on for this.
He's low enough mileage to have more improvement to come and he handled ground on the slower side of good when winning at Sandown last year.

5.25 Redcar: Queen Tamara (Nap)
It's unusual in itself for Harry Charlton to send a horse up to Redcar, but from just six runners in the last five years he's had two winners and two more placed. That record will hopefully be enhanced by Queen Tamara.
With five winners in August, the yard generally are in good form, and this filly has a huge handicapping chance on the form of her second at Newmarket in September last year where she split the subsequent listed winner Quiescent and subsequent Italian Group Two winner Just Call Me Angel.
She wasn't seen to best effect when dropped out at Goodwood on her most recent start in June and has had a break since then anyway.
I'm hoping Lewis Edmunds reverts to more positive tactics and, if back to that juvenile form from a mark that has edged back down, I think she'll take a lot of beating.
