The Cheltenham Festival may be a couple of months away, but the performance of Constitution Hill in Saturday’s Unibet Tolworth Novices’ Hurdle will help make those two months evaporate quickly.

It feels like old times with these English-trained hotpots heading the betting for a novices’ hurdle at Cheltenham, and Nicky Henderson’s potential superstar is now a best-priced 9-4 for the Sky Bet Supreme Novices’ Hurdle.

There may be a clue or two for Cheltenham at Fairyhouse Fairyhous on Sunday, with the opening hurdle race for four-year-olds full of intrigue.

Britzka has a tongue tie on for the first time and could be a lively one on better ground in the Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, which he is a best-priced 10-1 for.

However, it's a stablemate of his that takes my eye on Sunday and is my sole selection for the racing action live on Racing TV. Best of luck.

This mare was a costly third for her backers on her stable debut at Galway in October, a race run on what would have been summer soft.

On a line through the runner-up, Mare Quimby, she needs more to beat Banntown Girl, but this is more of a stamina test.

With Gordon Elliott's string in such good shape, it is worth backing the selection to build on a terrific winning debut in March, when trained by Barry Fitzgerald, where she won a bumper by 29 lengths from Choice Of Words, who has since shown useful form over hurdles.
