Hollie Doyle is set for a spell on the sidelines after picking up an injury at Bath on Friday.
Doyle was riding Vault Of Heaven for trainer Kevin Frost in a sprint handicap when her mount went badly wrong after two furlongs.
She took to social media on Saturday to say she would be out of action for “a while”, with no return date specified.
Doyle said: “Thank you for all the messages, unfortunately I will be on the sidelines for a while after sustaining an injury at Bath yesterday. Thoughts are with connections. I’ll be back!”
She was supposed to be riding at Salisbury on Saturday evening. Her mount in the feature British Stallion Studs EBF Cathedral Stakes on Zoum Zoum has gone to Daniel Muscutt.
