Gary Moore mulling racecourse gallop with Game Spirit hopeful Traffic Fluide

Traffic Fluide could have a racecourse gallop ahead of his return to action in next month's Betfair Exchange Game Spirit Chase at Newbury.Trainer Gary Moore reports the seven-year-old to be on target for the Grade Two event on February 11 ahead of a possible tilt at the Betway Queen Mother Champion Chase. Traffic Fluide was Grade One-placed at Aintree in 2015 but was limited to just one start last term, with injury putting him on the sidelines following a fine third in the Clarence House Chase at Ascot last January.Moore said: "Traffic Fluide is good and hopefully we will get him back for the Game Spirit. I have entered him for the Champion Chase and the Ryanair Chase."He looks fantastic. He is a bit big and overweight, but I couldn't be more pleased with him."He will need that first outing. We might find a nice clerk of the course that will let us take him somewhere to have a gallop like they do at Newmarket and Newbury."
