Top tips for Goodwood on Sunday! Angus McNae, Johnny Ward, Ross Millar, Nic Doggett and Andy Stephens (RaceiQ) put up five horses to follow at Goodwood and Naas, with all the action live on Racing TV!
1.47 Goodwood: Poncho
Tipster: Angus McNae
Poncho won this race last year off a mark of 69 and can go in again off just a 1lb higher rating. He also finished second in this race two years ago. He has been lightly raced since then, perhaps because he was last seen when falling at Sandown over hurdles.
When he won this last year he came off a four month lay - off so I am not put off him not having run since January. If he is on his best behaviour he should go well.
2.30 Naas: Whosinterviewinwho
Tipster: Johnny Ward
Written before Pink Venom ran in the Birdcatcher, it was likeable how much this colt found for pressure behind her at Cork and he looks primed for a big run with the stiff track to suit.
2.57 Goodwood: Zarak Crown
Tipster: Andy Stephens (RaceiQ)
Dug deep to win an attritional contest at Ayr last time, reflected by the Finishing Speed Percentages, and James Doyle will be on board. His rides at Goodwood in the past year have exceeded market expectation by 40 per cent.

4.07 Goodwood: Iron Curtain
Tipster: Ross Millar
Was ridden with plenty of patience on his debut as Salisbury and finished strongly to claim second behind a rival with previous experience.
The Beckett yard traditionally enjoy a productive time with this model of horse at this time of year and he is more than up to winning this.
4.42 Goodwood: Crazee Icon
Tipster: Nic Doggett
Crazee Icon won with great authority last time out at Chester and I think she's up to defying a 9 lb rise in the weights.
The Andrew Balding-trained filly is progressing at a rate of knots, winning three of her last four starts, including twice on ground with some cut in. Admittedly, all three wins have come on the Roodee, but I think she could be able to dominate this field in a similar manner as there isn't a lot of obvious pace on paper.
With the yard still in fine form, she can prove that her poor run here in July (caught wide and didn't settle) was an outlier; it's worth remembering she went close here last October.
