C'Est No Mour bags Derby double at Epsom

Peter Hedger is eyeing a third Derby success of the season at Epsom for C'Est No Mour after the four-year-old struck for the second time over the famous mile-and-a-half course.
Ridden by two-time Grand National-winning rider Leighton Aspell, C'Est No Mour came with a smooth run to take the Lexus Jump Jockeys' Derby Handicap by three-quarters of a length from Altaayil.
The 9-4 favourite, who was following up his win in the Amateurs' Derby Handicap last month, could go for the hat-trick in the Apprentices' Derby on October 1.
"He's won two Derbys now. It depends on the handicapper if we go for a third one, the apprentice one on Arc day," said Hedger.
"It depends on the ground as well. It was perfect here today. He wouldn't want it soft, but he'd go on good, good to soft.
"He seems to handle the track very well. Leighton said he travelled well. He didn't realise he had as much toe as he had. When he squeezed him, he was there.
"It was a good result for everybody."
Silvestre de Sousa strengthened his grip on the jockeys' title race with a double on Richard Hughes' Hollydaze (4-1) in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice Median Auction Stakes and Dream Machine (5-4 favourite) in the Kovara Klassic Handicap.
He was taking his tally to 133, one more than his total in both 2015 when he was champion and last year when he just lost out to Jim Crowley.
De Sousa, who has a handsome lead of 41 this term, said of his season: "I was determined to win another Stobart Jockeys' Championship, especially after finishing runner-up in a tough battle with Jim Crowley last year.
"My agent Shelley Dwyer has been brilliant once again this season and it has meant I have built up a comfortable lead as we come to the final stages.
"However, I will go flat out for the rest of the championship and, should I win, look forward to being crowned on Qipco British Champions Day."
There was drama as runners went down to the start of the race won by Dream Machine when a dog strayed on to the track. Thankfully it passed without incident.
