Blakeney Point hits the Leicester target for Roger Charlton and Kieran Shoemark

Blakeney Point continued his progression when winning the Squirrel Handicap at Leicester.
Roger Charlton's four-year-old had beaten subsequent Cumberland Lodge winner Danehill Kodiac last time out and looked the clear form pick.
However, there was plenty of opposition to him in the betting and he drifted out to a generous 100-30.
My Reward and Dance The Dream took each other on from some way out, but the Kieran Shoemark-ridden Blakeney Point kept finding for pressure in the final furlong to win going away by half a length.
"He's really progressing now," said Dan Downie, representing the winning syndicate, Axom LX.
"Soft ground is fine for him now he's strengthened up as a four-year-old. and he's just become very straightforward.
"He does have an entry in the sales, but that's just to cover ourselves as a syndicate. I'd be amazed if they wanted to sell him now.
"He's on the cusp of Pattern company now, the horse he beat last time won a Group Three at the weekend, so next year that will be the way we are looking.
"I think he's done enough for this year. Roger had mentioned the November Handicap but he'd have a lot of weight to carry in that now.
"She might be put away and we can think of some nice races next."
A date at the sales awaits Indomeneo after he won for the fourth time in just eight races in the TBA Small Breeders' Conditions Stakes.
Richard Fahey's youngster had the misfortune of bumping into the subsequent Coventry Stakes winner Rajasinghe on his debut.
But since then little has gone wrong, finishing outside the first two only once for the Middleham Park Racing syndicate.
He was following up a win at Ripon last time out and was value for more than a length under Adam McNamara.
"He's a very tough little horse, a pleasure," said Fahey.
"He's actually been put in the sales at the end of the month, so we'll just have to see what he makes.
"The beauty of him is that he goes on any ground and at this time of year, that is vital."
Just In Time (5-4 favourite) won his third race on the bounce in the Brock Hill Badger Handicap while Ptarmigan Ridge (15-8) was a very easy winner of the Breeders Backing Racing EBF Dormouse Maiden Stakes for James Fanshawe and Daniel Muscutt.
