Sunday tips from Angus McNae: "He will be hard to beat"

Zenato has been showing steady improvement of late, and can complete a hat-trick at a track where he has won before. 

He would have been more impressive when winning at Sedgefield last time out but for a bad mistake at the last, and a 7lb rise will not be enough to stop him winning again at this sharp track, which seems to suit his style. 

This contest is no stronger than the one he won at Sedgefield, and he will be hard to beat.

Heidi Palin has been aboard for his past three victories and is reunited with Frere d'Armes in this Female Jockeys' Handicap Chase. 

One of those three wins came at this track (in this race last year) where he made all to win off a rating of 123, and he gets to race off 122 this time. 

He is the only front-runner in the race and looks set to dominate a weak field. The selection will also find this race a lot easier than the Grade Two he contested last time out.

Safe Destination is a consistent type who will find this much easier than the stronger race he contested at Ascot last time out. He also fared better than the results suggests having been badly hampered turning for home.

He is a front-runner in a race where there looks to be little pace, and I am taking him to dominate this field from the front.

This is not the strongest contest and the most significant pointer to the winner may be the fact that Lady Harriett sports blinkers for the first time. Although beaten last time out, she was well supported, which hinted a big run was expected. 

Her sole victory came off this rating (76), and that success was in a similar contest to this. I'm hoping the blinkers give her an edge here.
