This looks very competitive, despite the relatively small field. ZIGGY'S TRITON gets the nod on account of his consistency and record at this track (form figures here read 23221). The 4-y-o went down all guns blazing over C&D recently and perhaps the change of headgear (first-time visor replaces usual cheekpieces) may help eke out a little more. Juan Les Pins shaped well back from a break at Newcastle and he is second choice ahead of Paddy's Day. The in-form Alligator Alley also has claims.

Race Hints
Specific Pace Hint: Spring Is Sprung could be expected to race prominently. Of those in the front half of the betting forecast, Paddy's Day might be well positioned in a slowly run affair: Of the better-fancied horses, Ziggy's Triton is most likely to be ridden furthest from the pace.
