There are plenty of question marks surrounding the form of most of the field, however Blue Prince is the one runner that arrives with some solid recent figures next to his name.
Having scored over seven furlongs at the track on his penultimate start, the David Evans-trained gelding could not quite reel in the front two back at a mile at Kempton Park.
Providing this doesn’t become a tactical affair, the gelded son of Blue Point can return to winning ways over a trip that should now suit him well.

The combination of a drop in grade and step up in trip should help Fair Dinkum return to winning ways at a course he has excelled at in the past.
Although failing to feature in a Class 4 over a mile and a half at the track last time out, the additional two furlongs on offer here, and a return to Class 5 will help his chances.
He is yet to taste victory off a mark as high as 67, but the 5 lb claim of jockey Taryn Langley is a big help in a race that shouldn’t take much winning.
