Tony Martin is ready to fire a twin assault at the Matchbook Imperial Cup at Sandown on Saturday. The County Meath-based trainer has entered Golden Spear and Tudor City for the prestigious handicap and is happy to let both take their chances.Tudor City was narrowly ahead of his stablemate when they finished second and third respectively in the Coral Hurdle at Leopardstown in January. Both horses are entered in the Randox Health County Hurdle at next week's Cheltenham Festival, while Golden Spear is also in the Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle, but they are unlikely to make the cut.Martin said: "I'd say the two of them will run as long as they work well during the week."It doesn't look like they're going to get in at Cheltenham, but this is a good pot to win and we'll have a go."A bonus of £50,000 will be given to any horse who can win on Saturday and then follow up at Cheltenham.
