Our Tipstar champion was in good form during her punditry shift in the Racing TV studio on Thursday afternoon and shares her best bets at Newmarket, the and on Saturday.

2.15 Newmarket: Teej A

This exciting juvenile beat subsequent Coventry Stakes winner Rashabar to land her maiden at Chester before showing further progression to win convincingly at Epsom. Stepping up into Listed company, she has shown enough ability in three starts to suggest she can continue her rich vein of form and claim a third successive victory.

2.20 Curragh: American Bar

The promising daughter of No Nay Never fetched €300,000 as a yearling, and made a winning start to her career at Listowel. Things didn't go smoothly on debut as she was slowly away and had to come wide with her challenge, but she showed plenty of ability and a good attitude as she was able to get her head in front. She should take a significant step forward for the experience, which bodes well for her chances in this Group Two.

2.55 Curragh: Self Belief

The Willie McCreery-trained Self Belief was last seen staying on well to finish fourth over a furlong shorter trip in the Glencairn Stakes at Leopardstown, giving away plenty of weight to his rivals. He carries top weight once again, but looks value at double-figure odds considering he is a Group Three winner who is lightly-raced, despite being a five-year-old. With the yard in great form, as is jockey Billy Lee, the gelding could outrun his odds and make the frame, at least.
Unmissable racecourse offers:

3.10 Newcastle: Howth

This five-year-old gelding has shown promise over staying trips on his past two starts, and remains on a workable mark of 88 following a fourth-placed effort at the track in March. He remains unexposed and holds strong each-way claims for an in-form yard.

3.40 Newcastle: Local Hero

Progressive colt makes his fifth career start for Richard Hannon, and could be well treated on a rating of 91, with plenty of all-weather experience in his favour. He was upset in the stalls before finishing second on his penultimate start, but put that effort behind him to comfortably land a Kempton success earlier this month. The son of Phoenix Of Spain has shown plenty of promise and looks an exciting type who likely to go well in this contest.
