This final of a series of handicaps feature several familiar faces, but Roger Teal’s lightly-raced three-year-old might have some upside judged on his course and distance on all-weather debut last time.
The yard took a while to get going this season but are back in form now and My Mate Ted did well to win last time having conceded first run. He has gone up just 4lbs for that effort and may well be able to cope with such a rise.

This Ascot specialist and has a lot going for him here in a race certainly set to be run to suit him.
Inver Park ran as well as could be expected in the Stewards' Cup last time, unsurprisingly doing his best work in the closing stages but just not being quick enough over six furlongs at such a sharp track.
Inver Park is drawn in the middle of the track here and, as a hold-up performer, will have options to go wherever the pace is set to be (looks likely to be high). He is only 4lbs higher than when winning the Buckingham Palace Handicap at the Royal meeting and with Saffie Osborne claiming a valuable 3lbs he is still well-enough handicapped to win another similar event.
