• Oriental Fox won the Queen Alexandra Stakes for the second time. US Army Ranger was third behind the game Thomas Hobson and won Coolmore the top owner title.
• Out Do ran up the far rail from stall one to score in the Wokingham Stakes.
• David Allan secured his first Royal Ascot winner when Snoano caused a 25-1 upset in the Wolferton.
