1.20 Aintree: Act of Authority (Nap)

Finished: 7thSP: 4/1
Wodhooh's fine second in the William Hill Aintree hurdle underlines the strength of the Martin Pipe Handicap Hurdle form at Cheltenham, and Act Of Authority stayed on strongly into second there, indicating this step up in trip can bring about further improvement.
Lewis Saunders couldn't claim last time but is good value for his 7lb allowance and has built up a good relationship with this horse. He's my nap of the day on Saturday.
3.05 Aintree: Teahupoo
11-4 is the best price available on Teahupoo, at the time of writing, and I do think that's a big price about a horse that, in my opinion, sets a clear form standard, and runs to that level on a very consistent basis.
He's had a light campaign, so a quick turnaround from Cheltenham isn't as much of a concern with him as it would be some horses, and although he has a good record on softer ground, it was lively enough for the Paddy Power Stayers' Hurdle in which he ran close to his best.
Compared to most of this field, he's a contender with a high cruising speed, and relative turn of foot.
4.00 Aintree: Hewick

Finished: 8thSP: 14/1
The Hewick story is already a remarkable one, but I'm hoping he can add the icing on the cake by winning this year's Randox Grand National.
Not many horses have his versatility, but he's shown over a number of years he's capable of producing high class form over hurdles and fences, and comes into this on the back of a smooth success over hurdles three weeks ago.
He'll appreciate the ground conditions and given he's always looked a thorough stayer, surely this marathon distance, and the long run in, will be in his favour.
