Jedd O'Keeffe has his fingers crossed the rain arrives in midweek ahead of More Mischief's planned outing in the British EBF & Sir Henry Cecil Galtres Stakes at
York on Thursday.
The North Yorkshire trainer would dearly like the five-year-old to have the chance to win her second Listed contest having taken the Hoppings Stakes at Newcastle last month.
"We are very keen to run. However, she needs give in the ground. If they get rain there on Wednesday, it might just be on the easy side on Thursday," said O'Keeffe.
"I can't see it being soft, but it might be OK for her if they get a bit of rain. We very much want to run.
"She's in great form. I'm really happy with her."
