Tuesday tips: Dave Nevison has three bets for Ayr and Leicester

I have backed a decent-priced winner for this trainer and jockey combination recently, and I definitely think they represent a positive in races such as this. 

Chad Bament claims 3lb riding for his boss, Anthony Honeyball, and it is interesting that a tongue strap is applied to Coco Brave for the first time here following a two-month absence. 

The selection has been stepped up in trip this season, which looks sure to benefit here, and if she improves from that reappearance like I expect she will, she could prove herself to be well handicapped.

It hasn’t happened for Lady In The Park this season following a promising first run over fences, but after two non completions over the larger obstacles, she appeared to appreciate the return to hurdles last time out. 

She finished a good second under this rider, Patrick Wadge, and might have been closer had she not been hampered by a faller.

Although Wadge could claim 3lb in a Conditional Jockeys' contest last time out, I rate the rider highly, and still think he will be an asset without the claim here. 

This trip is ideal for Lady In The Park and she could be well in off her hurdles rating.

Snapius is 2lb worse off with Trust House whom he beat at Lingfield last time out, so it should be pretty close between the two again, and both horses should enjoy a race run to suit their hold-up tactics.

Although Olly Murphy’s contender has won comfortably since, and may well have improved, I am happy enough to stick with the James Owen-trained runner.

Owen's yard remains in form and Alex Chadwick is having a tremendous recent run. His 5lb claim can once again prove to be very valuable here.
