Dave Nevison's top tips for Thursday: Make the most of Farewell Kiss

Is well-in after his narrow defeat here last week and will hopefully go one better.

He has plenty in his favour here and his wide draw in 9 shouldn’t be any disadvantage given his running style. He tends to miss the break slightly and hopefully will be able to drop in and track what promises to be a good pace.

Ten furlongs definitely looks his trip and he was staying on nicely only to get run out of it close home last time.

Luke Morris, the only jockey to place on him, should be able to time things perfectly this time.

Had no right on form to be second favourite on his recent reappearance and ended up finishing out of the frame after pulling hard.

However, he has usually shown enough in his races to suggest that he is going to start winning soon and dropped back in trip this may well be his chance to score.

Probably his most eye-catching effort came over this trip at Newcastle, where he got stopped and had to switch before running on.

The handicapper has dropped him 2lb and his trainer Charlie Fellowes, who has had a solid season, remains in good form. He is evidently thought to be capable given the market move last time so I will be watching for similar support.

Is modest but put up a personal best when winning at Wolverhampton last time.

That came over 7f but she has also been placed over 5f and might just be running over her best trip here.
