Dave Nevison marks your card for the racing action at Huntingdon on Friday which will be shown live on Racing TV. Twycross Warrior is in better from than some of Robin Dickin’s runners at the moment and ran really well to finish second last time plus was beaten just a neck by a horse who was very well handicapped on his best form, so a 3lb rise looks pretty fair.
He has won a race this season under his rider here, Charlie Price, who will be pleased he managed to stay on board the erratic-jumping Jobsonfireon Thursday!
This is definitely the last go for me with this horse who has run well without winning all season but has proved costly to follow, nonetheless.
His jumping can let him down at time and he sometimes fails to settle, but it will click one day and despite consistent efforts, the handicapper has left him on roughly the same mark all season.
A hood is tried which sometimes brings a claiming influence and I am hoping a flat, right-handed track in a big field will help him get into a good jumping rhythm.
Emma Lavelle’s runners this week have either won, or been narrowly beaten, which is a good sign.

Watch how Who's My Jockey fared at Cheltenham last time out
Who’s My Jockey attracted some supper at Cheltenham last time out and I was among those who were on at a big price.
I think he ran much better than his seventh place suggested as he shaped well for the majority of the race and was also on the worst of the ground for the whole trip.
He was a useful and progressive type last season and hopefully will go well at big odds again here.
As I have recommended before, I would definitely look for the best each-way offers in a 15-runner handicap.
