Top tipster Dave Nevison takes aim at the action over Jumps at Exeter on Friday, live on Racing TV.
1.15 Exeter: Don’t Tell Rosie
This Mares' Handicap Hurdle is always an interesting contest, and I am hoping this year's renewal will prove a fruitful source of future winners.
Don’t Tell Rosie might be one of the outsiders in this field, but may be starting this season off a comfortable handicap mark.
She was highly tried in novice events, including in a Listed contest, for her first three outings over hurdles. However, she started showing promise when switched to handicaps, and she ran really well, when splitting two next time out winners, at Taunton plus then improved considerably in a much higher grade at Uttoxeter on her final start last season.
A chance has to be taken on her fitness for her reappearance, but I think she might be one to stick with off this sort of rating, and i am happy to take a chance on her at a price.

3.00 Exeter: Ugo Bingo
Ugo Bingo did me a favour when scoring at a big price at Taunton last year and I'm hoping he can strike again for us here.
Joe Tizzard’s gelding should probably have won on his reappearance in an Amateur Jockeys' contest at this track, but he was touched off close home after being short of room turning in.
Brendan Powell takes over in open company here, and this looks a good recovery opportunity for Ugo Bingo who has been a consistent performer since his Taunton win.
He won’t mind dropping back down to two miles, especially on a stiff track such as Exeter, and is worth siding with.

3.35 Exeter: Jupiter Allen
Chester Williams has had two winners from four runners since he started training, and both winners have been ridden by Harry Cobden, who is aboard this useful staying handicapper.
Jupiter Allen won on his seasonal return last year over this course and distance, and clearly goes well here.
He probably wasn’t ready for an ultra-competitive Cheltenham Festival handicap on his final start last season, but still ran well for most of the race, and this promising six-year-old may be good enough for those sort of races this season.
This looks a good starting point for a successful season, though.
