Speaking during Tote’s brand shoot day, Mullins covered a wide range of talking points — from French recruits with headline owners to the depth of talent across the novice hurdling and chasing divisions.

Among his key insights and bold predictions for the 2025-26 Jumps season:

Lossiemouth – “She’s really put herself back in the Champion Hurdle picture and could be one of the big names of the season.”Constitution Hill – “I can’t see a reason as to how he’ll get his spark back, and that opens the door for others to step forward.”Mantia – “She looks a lot like Lossiemouth at a younger age and she fits the profile of a Triumph type.”

Looking at the broader picture, Mullins offered predictions on how some of the biggest names might map their campaigns towards the Cheltenham Festival, alongside his own five horses to follow for this season.

Mullins said: “The early part of the season is all about seeing which novices can take the next step, and which proven horses come back stronger. There’s huge strength in depth, especially in Ireland, and I think this year could really shake up the pecking order. Tote’s support gives me a chance to share those views with fans and punters alike, and hopefully we’ll all be following some winners by the time Cheltenham comes around.”
