Welcome to this quarter's Racing TV digital magazine. The outpouring of grief for Jonathan Neesom, particularly on social media, is testament to his huge popularity and the lofty respect the much missed Racing TV presenter was held in.
Jonathan who died on June 11, aged 72, was a regular face on the channel since it was founded 20 years ago. A lover of old western movies, a former schoolteacher, and a friend to so many at Racing TV and the sport itself, he will be much-missed, and Lydia Hislop, Eddie Fremantle and Nick Luck perfectly describe their relationship with Jonathan, and their sense of loss. Read their tributes on page 4.
Also in the latest edition, we talk to the supremos at York and Galway, William Derby and Michael Moloney, discover Robert Cowell’s need for speed, and get to know at-the-top-of-their game riders, Shane Foley and Patrick Wadge a little better.
And finally, we hope you are making the most of the Weekend Ticket and the Club Days - turn to page 8 to ensure you don’t miss out.
