Was not seen to best effect at Ascot when racing on the far side but she bounced back to winning ways at Goodwood. That form is amongst the best here, yet she is 10-1.

From the family of 1000 Guineas winner and Oaks runner-up Yesterday, she is likely to get at least a mile in time, but I think the stronger tempo of this race should suit, and she should be finishing better than most in a race the yard won with Queen Kindly in 2016.

Favourably drawn and looks the each-way alternative to Sun Goddess. He was again putting in good late work when third at Goodwood last time after a costly slow start.

I think a strongly-run mile on decent ground around a bend are his ideal conditions (dam won over a mile at Thirsk) so this race should be a perfect fit. His trainer should know, having won it in 2009, 2020 and 2025.

The lightly raced Centigrade has clearly not been easy to train but arrives here unexposed, having flashed plenty of promise. An opening handicap mark of 102 may underestimate him.

Sent off just 13-8 for the Ribblesdale, she was better than the result as she was badly hampered before the furlong pole, having failed to pick up as well as those around her.

The top-rated runner is going to take plenty of beating here back against her own sex if she is in similar form to at Ascot, where she was hugely impressive.

She’s got great gate speed and has been better than ever this summer, with her bulging Time Index scores at Newbury (9.9 when the meeting average was 5.8) and Ascot (7.9 when the meeting average was 4.4) cementing her claims here.

This longer straight should enable her to get her long stride going, and it looks the perfect race for a retrieval mission; she's worth backing at 16-1.

This big field (three wins in 14+ runner races) and frenetic pace will play to her strengths once more, as will the quick ground, and she can hit the frame at likely decent odds now back in handicap company.

I think he is now a better horse over this trip - especially in a strongly-run race -and he and Rayevka should be much closer in the betting in my eyes.

Broke the course record when having his first start over 1m 6f at Goodwood last time in a strong race and will be 1lb well in. More improvement on the cards and hard to see him going off 12-1 on the day.

Progressive and unexposed over this trip, his trainer does well from his few runners in this race and he looks like a stayer ahead of his mark. Advised ante-post at 14-1.

The form of his York win on his return to action in May looks strong, and I beleive he is a Group performer in the making.
