A quick track and home to some of summer jumping’s highlights, including the Listed Summer Hurdle and Summer Plate Chase. These often favour good ground ex-Flat horses who are well handicapped, Strong travellers find life a lot easier. When the field sling-shot off the final bend and down into the home straight they really quicken away off the front end and, as its flat, they don’t stop. A gear change is imperative here. The Fences are fair, although the first in the straight can prove the trickiest.
