JACKS PARROT tends to give his running in these marathon handicaps and the 7-year-old looks a reliable option on the back of a good third in the Tommy Whittle. Planned Paradise isn't the most straightforward but he's on a really handy mark and the promise of his penultimate start at Ludlow shouldn't be discounted, with Ithaka also considered if able to back up his recent Hereford win.

About The Selections
Dave Nevison
Planned Paradise He is now 9lb lower than his last winning mark and looks very interesting ridden by Jack Tudor, who is excellent in staying handicaps for his astute trainer
Andy Stephens
Camulus The stable have been having a lean time but he was on the up when last seen and, being a half-brotgher to Freewheelin Dylan, could have more to offer over this trip

Race Hints
Specific Pace Hint: The pace doesn’t look like being overly strong here and Gold Emery should still be served best by being ridden prominently: The forecast decent pace still isn’t likely to sway the advantage towards those usually ridden further back such as is Planned Paradise.
Individual Price Hint: Camulus traded at more than 10 times Betfair SP twice when winning during its last 3 starts: Just In A Bit traded at 10% or less of Betfair SP and 50% or less of Betfair SP on 2 of its last 2 starts.
