Wednesday tips: Dave Nevison marks your card

Has run two respectable races over fences, both of them in higher grade events than this, and it looks very possible that the drop down to a basement level handicap for the first time might well give him a class advantage. 

Tout Sur Moi didn’t progress from his first to second run over fences but has had a wind operation since, so hopefully he can step forward from that, and he's been helped further by being dropped 3lb in the weights since his latest effort. This trip and ground will not be an issue, and he's the one to side with.

Trainer Alastair Ralph has his string in very good form and had two nice winners in handicaps at Musselburgh last weekend.

He runs here and his looks a decent opportunity for his charge to lose her maiden tag. She came on nicely from her reappearance (after 12 months off) when getting beat a short-head at Aintree last time out. 

She has been raised 3lb since but is off the mark she might have won off but for falling on her only start last season, and she can make up for the lost time here.

Enpassant hasn’t yet won for Stuart Williams but definitely looks as though his turn is getting nearer. 

He was a good third last week over this course and distance and although he wouldn’t have improved his placing, he might have been a little closer had he got a clearer run through. 

The selection is a pound lower again here and although he has yet to win on the all-weather, he has run several good races off higher marks on this surface. 

Enpassant has a sporting chance in a competitive event with Rossa Ryan aboard.
