Waterlogging claims Tuesday's Newton Abbot card

Tuesday's meeting at Newton Abbot has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.Officials were due to inspect conditions at 7.30am on Monday after some significant rain had left the course unraceable.However, the team at Newton Abbot were able to make an earlier call, reporting the track to still be waterlogged with insufficient time for conditions to improve before their planned card.
