Live Each Day looks to be gradually improving and, despite her pedigree suggesting otherwise, she might well improve again now stepped up to this trip.

Stuart Williams’s filly has been running consistently well during the back end of 2025 and has been noted staying on well in all her races as she has been stepped up in distance.

She scored at Southwell back in April, so the surface will certainly hold no peril for her, and the form of her latest run is working out well with the winner winning again on her next start.

Imola has run well on her latest two runs off this mark and I believe she can finally break her maiden here despite not being dropped by the assessor.

Returning trainer Joey Ramsden’s horses have generally been going well, with most of his recent runners ending up in the frame. Imola showed she handles the mile at Southwell and this could be third time lucky for jockey Lewis Edmunds, who has finished runner-up on her in her last two races.

Camera Shy won on his racecourse debut for Michael Bell, but as a result, ended up with a handicap mark he couldn’t cope with and lost his way for that trainer. He has now joined Michael Dods on a much lower mark and, on his third run for his new yard, may be ready to strike.

He is down to a mark of 64, having started out in handicaps off 79, and the signs were much better last time out over this course and distance. He finished fourth having not settled well and suggested he will be winning a handicap or two this winter.
