4.15 Yarmouth: Kalamunda
Kalamunda, a five-time all-weather winner, finished runner-up over C&D a fortnight ago, on his first appearance since last September. He’s entitled to strip fitter for that and, with the winner (Gorgeous Mr George) going in again since, makes appeal in refitted cheekpieces. A
Although yet to win on turf, he’s handicapped accordingly - 10lb lower than on the all-weather – and this Class 5 contest is a grade lower than that recent comeback run.
4.55 Kempton: Khaleejy
Khaleejy made a belated winning debut at Newcastle in May, and that form has been well advertised, with the second, third, and fourth all successful since.
He travelled smoothly there, a trait which was again evident when fourth to Erudition over C&D last time out, and that winner was narrowly beaten by the exciting Extremely Zain at Newbury previously.
Tom Kiely-Marshall is a positive jockey booking, his claim a useful counterbalance to the incurred penalty, and this 87-rated five-year-old can sneak in another all-weather novice win before going handicapping.

5.00 Perth: Loro White
Loro White made a winning handicap debut here (2m4f) in May, and although a beaten favourite at Worcester since, she ran at least as well there on her first attempt over three miles.
She’s low-mileage, and lowly-rated, but has raised her game markedly since undergoing wind surgery, and making the transition to handicaps.
With Sean Bowen aboard, she’ll have the best possible assistance from the saddle in a race where doubts linger for many others, not least stamina for the shock course winner Prince Nino.
7.25 Newbury: Alaskan Bear
County Meath handler Jack W Davidson is 2-3 at Newbury over the past five years, one of those winners being the late She’s Quality, who finished third in last year’s Prix de l’Abbaye de Longchamp. Therefore, the hint should be taken with Alaskan Bear in the 6f IRE Incentive Novice.
This 95,000gns yearling finished runner-up to a short-odds, Aidan O’Brien inmate on debut at Naas in May and bettered that on figures when a rallying fourth to the subsequent Coventry Stakes hero Great Barrier Reef in the Group Three Marble Hill Stakes at the Curragh.
