Top Racing TV presenter Angus McNae was wowed by how Thundering On won the Betfred Oaks and believes she would have won the Derby had she instead run at Epsom 24 hours later.
The Jospeh O'Brien-trained filly won with a swagger on Friday, leading on the bridle before sprinting clear for an easy win.
It was the manner in which she travelled through the race and then dipped inside 12 seconds in the final furlong, when her rivals were all slowing, that had Angus drooling.
Watch what he and Josh Kerr, armed with the RaceiQ data, had to say in the latest episode of the show.
The pair also unpicked a stamina-sapping renewal of the Derby, won by Christmas Day, and admire the way Bay City Roller said "bye bye baby" to his rivals in the Coronation Cup.
Impressive handicap winner Sallaal also comes under the microscope, plus a couple of taking two-year-old performances are analysed.
