1.50 Market Rasen: Lakefield Flyer
Won at Stratford over fences just five days ago, with his trainer reporting that he appreciated the faster ground.
All three of his career wins have come over fences, so the switch to hurdles does pose a question mark, but he's rated 10lb lower over the smaller obstacles, and arrives in good heart.
3.15 Ayr: Leonato
Ran better than the bare result on his handicap debut last time out, a blindfold malfunction meaning he forfeited a sizeable amount of ground at the start.
His shrewd trainer drops him in trip, and turns him out quickly in newly fitted cheek-pieces, with Billy Loughnane a significant jockey booking.
3.25 Market Rasen: Lunar Morning
The handicapper has allotted Max Comley's charge a mark after just two completed hurdle runs. On the basis of what he's shown in those two outings, a mark of 95 seems reasonable.
However, he was sticking on well in third when departing at the final fence in his sole point-to-point start, and the two rivals that were in front of him there are now both rated in the 120s.
He's worth chancing on his handicap debut.
