2.25 Goodwood: Moon Target
This Cracksman filly has made an excellent start to her career winning both of her outings impressively. The manner of both victories fully justify this step up in grade as she looks to be a very exciting prospect for Sir Mark Prescott.
She hails from a classy family and, despite possessing a sharp turn of foot, she looks as though she will stay further than the seven furlongs she has contested so far. She will be hard to beat, given her progressive profile.
2.40 Beverley : Smart Vision
This Jessica Macey-trained gelding is threatening to win again after a narrow defeat at Pontefract last time out.
He has dropped below his last winning mark and is well drawn in stall two to utilise his front-running tactics. He may well have won at Pontefract had he not been ridden as aggressively as he was, but that race showcased that he is in good form, and this looks to be the day to be with him.
3.00 Goodwood: Jakajaro
Jakajaro has shaped well on both his starts at this track since joining Robert Cowell a few runs ago, and a reproduction of his excellent third in the Coral Stewards' Cup last time out should be good enough to score here.
He was a little unlucky in that race as he was never able to really open up having been hampered, and he can be marked up for that effort, which makes him well handicapped off just a pound higher mark.
The faster they go, the better for this hold-up performer.
5.10 Naas: Molto Amichi
Molto Amichi is a useful maiden who has shaped well on his past two starts in handicaps, and he has been found a good opportunity here.
He shaped well when fifth at this track on his latest outing where he just failed to get going soon enough before running on strongly in the closing stages.
The selection gets to run off the same mark here and Nicola Burns is good value for the 7lb she claim here.
Despite having not won yet, Molto Amichi has a good attitude and looks set to lose his maiden tag.
