A big-priced fancy in the Coral Stewards' Cup at is among four bets for top tipster Dave Nevison on Saturday. Watch how his selections fare live on Racing TV.
2.25 Goodwood: Dancing In Paris
Since he has been switched back to turf after three runs on the all-weather earlier in the year, the Ian Williams-trained four-year-old has done nothing but improve and has already picked up a couple of handicaps.
His latest success on his penultimate start came over this trip at Ascot where he beat the very promising young stayer Tactician, so his form looks strong.
He was upped 4lb ahead of his latest run over two miles at Newbury but a very slowly run race caught him out, and he could only manage fourth.
He is on the same mark here and with a much stronger pace being likely, I expect him to show his best form, which might well be good enough.
3.35 Goodwood: Dare To Hope
I have to thank my Racing TV colleague, Angus McNae, for reminding me to have another look at this horse’s run at York last weekend where he flew down the wrong side of the track to finish a good fourth in a very strong 0-95 handicap.
Richard Fahey’s four-year-old might be an ideal type for the Coral Stewards' Cup as he seems to perform best in strong handicaps and his record in two 0-105 races on turf is a win and a neck defeat, so he he certainly seems suited by a very fast run sprint.
Hong Kong jockey Vincent Ho has got his eye in this week with two placed efforts and won’t be any hindrance to Dare To Hope who is way overpriced at the general 40-1 on offer.

4.30 Thirsk: James McHenry
Ed Bethell has his string in really good form and had a big-priced place in a Group Two at Goodwood this week, as well as a Redcar winner.
James McHenry is a very consistent handicapper and finished a really good second behind Aragorn Castle at Hamilton last time out.
This race does not look any deeper and he looks capable of winning off a mark of 92.
5.20 Goodwood: Celtic Warrior
His latest run at Newmarket has to be ignored, but it may be safe to do as he was beaten too far for it to be true.
However, his penultimate start was a good effort when beaten half a length at this course in a seven-runner field that has produced three next time out winners, so it looks pretty good form.
He is only a pound higher now and trainer Andrew Balding has engaged cheekpieces for the first time, which might help. Oisin Murphy riding is the final positive and I am expecting a good run.
