Saturated Fontwell abandons jumps card

The jumps fixture at Fontwell this afternoon has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.Just over 10 millimetres of overnight rain has left the course saturated, with standing water on parts of the track.Fontwell has sustained 73mm of rainfall within the last 10 days.Catterick is now the only domestic National Hunt fixture this afternoon, while there is also all-weather action at Lingfield and at Kempton.
