Aidan O'Brien had left the three-year-old, who has won the Falmouth Stakes and Prix Rothschild on her last two outings, in the Group One at the first declaration stage.
However, after discussions with Ryan Moore and Seamie Heffernan the decision has been taken not to run.
"We had a chat there with Ryan and Seamus and I would say at this stage it is unlikely that Roly Poly will run in France on Sunday," said O'Brien.
That leaves a maximum field of six.
Andre Fabre is responsible Al Wukair, Trais Fluors and Inns Of Court in the seven-runner contest over a mile.
Saeed bin Suroor sends over Thunder Snow, winner of the Prix Jean Prat on his last start.
Jean-Claude Rouget's Taareef, who beat Al Wukair at Maisons-Laffitte in July, and the Freddy Head-trained Gold Luck complete the field.
