Rodaini rules at Ripon for Simon Crisford

Rodaini benefited from a drop in class to end a near year-long losing streak in the Follow attheraces On Twitter Conditions Race at Ripon.
Simon Crisford's charge was highly tried after completing a four-timer when lifting a Listed contest at Doncaster last September.
Beaten in hot races such as the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf at Santa Anita and Newmarket's Autumn Stakes and European Free Handicap, the son of Exchange Rate needed a confidence-booster.
He got it in his first race since having been well beaten in the Group Three Hampton Court Stakes at Royal Ascot.
The 9-4 shot kept pulling out more for Franny Norton as he held the 2-5 favourite Hugin by one and three-quarter lengths.
"It's good for this lad to get his head in front," Norton told At The Races.
"He's got a lot of ability and the boss really liked him this morning.
"We didn't think we'd have too many problems today. This should give him a bit of confidence. On the book he was entitled to win.
"He stuck his head out and showed a good attitude.
"When he saw the other horse coming he went again before I asked him, which is nice and makes it easy for a jockey."
Veejay (11-8 favourite) also dug deep to lead all the way in the 21 Engineer Regiment Sapper Nursery Handicap.
The Mick Channon-trained colt pulled out more for Graham Lee to give weight all round as he held Poet's Dawn by a neck.
Mutamaded, formerly trained by Jean-Claude Rouget and Brian Meehan, struck on his second start for Ruth Carr when causing a 50-1 upset in the Visit attheraces.com City Of Ripon Handicap.
The four-year-old came through strongly for James Sullivan to score by half a length from Mulligatawny.
Revived (5-6 favourite) confirmed the promise of her debut run behind last week's Lowther winner Threading when running out a cosy winner of the Download The Free At The Races App Fillies' Novice Stakes.
Wearing a hood for the first time, Michael Bell's youngster asserted in the final furlong to score by a length and a quarter from long-time leader Deviate.
