Robin Dickin is looking forward to getting Thomas Crapper back on the track in the near future after the gelding's recovery from a serious injury in April.
The 11-year-old's career looked to be over after he was badly hurt following his run in the Silver Trophy Handicap Chase at Cheltenham.
However, the seriousness of the injury was quickly appreciated by the veterinary teams and not only were they able to save Thomas Crapper, but he is back in training.
"He might have a run somewhere before long. I'm not sure where yet. We might give him a run over hurdles," said Dickin.
"We're aiming to have him back 100 per cent for the race he won last year in March at Newbury - the Greatwood Gold Cup.
"It's a miracle to have him back. I have to give 10 out of 10 to those discovering the terrible injury so early. The veterinary pair at Cheltenham racecourse were second to none. I take my hat off to them."
He added: "He's been a very good patient. I thought we'd end up retiring him, but he's screaming 'Where's the racecourse? I'm ready for action'."
