Punked set for American switch following Curragh form boost

Punked looks set to continue her career in America with a sale in progress for the Tony Mullins-trained juvenile.
The daughter of So You Think won a maiden at the Curragh 10 days ago and that form received a serious boost when the runner-up Liquid Amber claimed the Group Three Flame Of Tara Stakes on Sunday.
Mullins reported on Tuesday that a deal has been struck to sell Punked to the US and the final details are expected to be wrapped up in the next week.
"At the moment there is a sale pending and if it all goes well, she'll be going to America," said Mullins.
"She's passed the vets and we're just waiting on blood tests for getting into America. That could take a week, but the deal has been done.
"Her form was well franked on Sunday. She improved a little bit every run and with her size, she should improve more.
"I'd say she's a nice filly and there is a chance she's a proper graded filly. It's a long time since we had the like of her around here anyway.
"She could go a long way. She has a great temperament and is very tough. Usually those fillies boil over after a couple of races, but she was only getting into her stride. I've been very happy with her."
Mullins is hoping he has another nice two-year-old on his hands in the shape of Bull Hurley.
The Havana Gold colt finished fifth behind the exciting Saxon Warrior at the Curragh on Sunday.
He added: "The horse that ran Sunday, Bull Hurley, is not bad either. He's maybe not in her grade yet, but I'm looking forward to him strongly."
