There was high drama at Galway on Thursday morning as
was withdrawn from the €270,000 Guinness Galway Hurdle by the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board.
The eight-year-old had attracted significant support having been available at 16-1 overnight, and was the general 6-1 favourite at the time of his withdrawal.
It emerged that Katy Brown's charge had tested positive for a prohibited substance when winning at Bellewstown on July 6, but the IHRB only received confirmation at 11am this morning.
