3.00 York: Splish Splash (each-way)

Making her handicap debut in this 6f sprint, Splish Splash could be worth keeping onside despite failing to make an impression in two starts this season.
She has been running in tough company at Group Three and Listed level, respectively, but shaped with great promise last term as a juvenile, including when third to Spicy Marg in a Listed Newmarket contest, and may be able to get back on track in calmer waters here.
The daughter of Wootton Bassett lost her maiden tag in convincing fashion last autumn, beating a number of subsequent winners, including now 96-rated Zooming, by five-and-a-half-lengths.
It’s too early to give up on the filly as she makes only her seventh career start.
Unexposed in handicaps from a rating of 85, the Eve Johnson Houghton-trained contender could put in a bold bid at the early 8-1 available under Charlie Bishop.

3.23 Sandown: Greek Order (each-way)

Now only 5lb higher than his last winning mark, having been rated as high as 97 when competitive in big field handicaps last summer, Greek Order can return to winning ways under Oisin Murphy from a lenient rating.
He has previously run well at the track and could fare better than in recent outings.
Far from disgraced in three runs so far this term, the six-year-old is capable of a better showing and this looks an opportunity for him from a falling mark.

4.10 York: City Of Delight (each-way)

Five-year-old gelding City Of Delight can make an impact here from a workable mark of 90.
I fancy he and may improve for his recent return in Britain following a decent stint in Dubai.
At the beginning of the year, the David Menuisier-trained gelding emerged with credit from a couple of runs at Meydan, finishing a good fifth to Tap Leader in January before being narrowly denied when a well backed favourite in his subsequent run, finishing strongly but beaten a head by eventual winner Ruling Dynasty.
His latest outing at Goodwood was a promising return to action when second to Yabher at Goodwood, no match for the dominant winner but sticking to the task to be placed.
He's only 3lb higher than his last winning mark and can land a seventh career win under Silvestre De Sousa.

4.20 Chester: Winged One (each-way)

Winged One has previous experience at Chester, having featured in the Cheshire Oaks won by Amelia Earhart here last month.
She was unable to land a serious blow in deep waters on that occasion, but the eventual winner was subsequently sent off favourite for the Oaks last week, while the third and fourth, A La Prochaine and Sugar Island, finished in fourth and third respectively in the Epsom Classic, the latter only a couple of lengths ahead of Winged One on the Roodee.
The Andrew Balding-trained filly failed to build on her reappearance effort when down the field at Goodwood on her latest run, sent off at 50-1, but it may be worth keeping the faith in her as she drops into handicap company from a mark of 86 in this contest.
She landed a event at Newcastle last year, winning by three-and-a-half-lengths, before lining up in two tough Listed contests featuring a number of talented rivals.
This may be a more suitable assignment, and, with previous course experience in her favour, she looks capable of a big run under Jason Watson.

5.02 Fairyhouse: Nakamura (each-way)

Kodi Bear gelding Nakamura is only 2lb higher than for his last win and could be capable of improving on his latest efforts this term in the hands of 5lb claimer Patrick McGettigan once again.
He shaped with promise during his debut campaign last year, featuring in a maiden won by Charles Darwin before winning twice in handicaps.
In his final start as a juvenile, Nakamura finished a good fourth to First Approach, when rated 3lb higher than the winner who had previously placed in Listed company and is now rated 95. There could be more to come from the Johnny Murtagh-trained contender.

5.23 Gowran Park: Pink Oxalis (each-way)

Top-weight Pink Oxalis makes appeal in this 7f handicap, with the drop back in trip likely to suit based on her latest effort here.
There's little between her and the pair who finished ahead of her over course-and-distance in April, Rion Rubette and Greydreambeliever, with the latter also one for serious consideration, but Pink Oxalis is an experienced and classy mare on her day and should be capable of a bold bid.
Despite lacking consistency in four runs this term, the Stephen Thorne-trained contender is capable of a competitive effort on a going day, with course form in her favour as well as easier conditions to suit.
She makes appeal at the weights under apprentice Jack Kearney, being only 5lb higher than her last win and having since shown ability in Stakes company.
