Our Irish expert, Johnny ward, believes we will see next year's Derby winner in action on day one of Longines Irish Champions Weekend.
2.40 Leopardstown: Tower Of London
That Ryan Moore does not take the mount is a concern but Tower Of London looked quite special on debut, a rare winner first time out by Galileo trained by Aidan O'Brien. The form is solid and he's been working very well by all accounts. He's my idea of the Derby winner.
3.35 Leopardstown: Luxembourg
This doesn't look an amazing renewal so if Luxembourg is as good as they say he is, then he should win. He looked awesome at two and in hindsight did extremely well in the Guineas. He'll be ridden like Oratorio was, when he won in 2005, and is a far bigger price than I thought he would be on home soil.
4.20 Leopardstown: Real Appeal
Very well-named at the prices given the each-way make up of the race. He loves it here and the stable has had a stunning two months or so.
4.55 Leopardstown: Homeless Songs
She looks the bet of the day on stable form of late. A special talent who looks an odds-on shot.
Racing TV's coverage of Leopardstown on Saturday will be free to view between 2.15pm and 5.15pm.
