Page Fuller, Dave Nevison, Jack Nicol, Katie Midwinter and Harry Allwood reveal their best bets for the final day of the Qatar Goodwood Festival on Saturday, live on Racing TV.

1.50 Goodwood: Lion's Pride

Tipster: Page Fuller.
Best odds: 9-2 (general).
One of the repeated themes at Goodwood this week has been the need for speed. Track records have been broken, and while the action has been thrilling, it hasn't always been easy to come from off the pace. Today's opener at 1.50 may be over a mile and a half but if the results this week have been anything to go by, the horses will still need a bit of pace under these conditions.
For this reason, the pace thatLion’s Pride showed when winning at Kempton in November will be well suited here. He hit a Top Speed of 41.27mph over this 1m4f trip and clocked a fastest furlong of 10.97 seconds. That is the fastest Top Speed any of the runners in this field have achieved.
He may have been beaten since, but dropped back to 1m2f for his two starts since, he hasn't been seen to best effect.
Notable Speech proved earlier in the week how transferable Kempton form can be to this track so I won’t be surprised if we see a similar performance from this progressive four year old, stepped back up to a more suitable trip.

2.25 Goodwood: Knightswood

Tipster: Katie Midwinter.
Best odds: 12-1 (general).
Attempting this 1m6f trip for only the second time, this Charlie Johnston-trained contender is one to keep on side in this competitive staying contest.
He had shaped as though a step up in distance would suit when staying on strongly over a mile-and-half earlier in the season, and he did all of his best work late on in his most recent start at Newmarket, coming from the rear of the field.
He has been dropped 1lb for the run, with winner Fairbanks given a 6lb rise and, although he faces a tough task to reverse the form, Knightswood holds at least strong each-way claims.

3.00 Goodwood: Caius Chorister

Tipster: Jack Nicol.
Best odds: 4-1 (Coral).
Connections wisely opted to avoid Kyprios in the Group One Goodwood Cup earlier in the week with a view to running here and she holds obvious claims, particularly on her form over her last six starts.
Admittedly, you have to forgive her run last time out in the Gold Cup, but she was too keen over the marathon trip and returns to her optimum distance on this occasion. Providing the going stays on the quicker side, it is hard to see her out of the frame, at the very least.
Free Wind is undoubtedly a classy mare in her own right but has found winning quite difficult of late and was well beaten when sent off a warm favourite in this race 12 months ago, albeit on desperate ground.

3.35 Goodwood: Dare To Hope

Tipster: Dave Nevison.
Best odds: 40-1 (general).
I have to thank my Racing TV colleague, Angus McNae, for reminding me to have another look at this horse’s run at York last weekend where he flew down the wrong side of the track to finish a good fourth in a very strong 0-95 handicap.
Richard Fahey’s four-year-old might be an ideal type for the Coral Stewards' Cup as he seems to perform best in strong handicaps and his record in two 0-105 races on turf is a win and a neck defeat, so he he certainly seems suited by a very fast run sprint.
Hong Kong jockey Vincent Ho has got his eye in this week with two placed efforts and won’t be any hindrance to Dare To Hope who is way overpriced at the general 40-1 on offer.

5.20 Goodwood: Native Warrior

Tipster: Harry Allwood.
Best odds: 2-1 (William Hill).
You could argue Native Warrior was a shade unlucky not to win the Britannia Stakes last time out where he finished a never-nearer third.
He was travelling nicely two furlongs from home but had to wait for a gap, and stayed on strongly once in the clear inside the final furlong.
By then, though, the far side group, who were clearly favoured by the pace, had gained a sizeable advantage, and the first two home were not for catching, with Native Warrior winning his race on the stands' side and he also clocked the fastest sectional in the final furlong.
Had he been drawn on the far side, or the middle, then I think he would have gone very close to winning there, and a 3lb rise since looks more than fair.
This 0-95 contest represents a drop in grade for the selection and stall one is a positive, while good to firm ground will be in his favour, too.
With just five starts under his belt, he should have lots more to offer, and the form of his efforts prior to his handicap debut last time out, as well as his Royal Ascot exertions, suggest he's going to be much better than a mark of 93.
