Decorated Knight and Aljazzi primed for Breeders' Cup trip

Derby-winning owner-breeders Saleh Al Homaizi and Imad Al Sagar are launching a two-horse raid on the Breeders' Cup at Del Mar with Decorated Knight and Aljazzi.
Decorated Knight, trained by Roger Charlton, has a choice of engagements, in the Mile and the mile-and-a-half Turf, while Aljazzi, from Marco Botti's Newmarket yard, is being prepared for the Filly & Mare Turf.
The pair will make the transatlantic crossing by air on Saturday.
"Having two home-breds to compete in the Breeders' Cup is something to be proud of," said the owners' racing manager Tony Nerses.
Decorated Knight was last seen winning the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown in September.
"He's in great form. He's travelling on Saturday to America and we have Aljazzi going as well," said Nerses.

"We have entered him for the mile and the mile-and-a-half. We will have a look at both races and decide nearer the time.
"He's a gutsy, genuine, willing horse. He wants to give his all and is so courageous, full of guts.
"He has done us proud."
Group Three winner Aljazzi was unable to get competitive in the Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket on her latest start, but Nerses is happy to draw a line through that run.
"Everything went wrong, where she was and what happened in the race," he said.
"Otherwise she's in good form. She is doing a piece of work on Wednesday morning and will go to Del Mar on Saturday on the same flight as Decorated Knight.
"Exciting times. Things are going well and we are very happy. It's been a good year."
