4.08 Newmarket: Maybe Not
Maybe Not has earned top weight in this Fillies' Handicap, and races off a rating of 86 here, although this contest is open to higher-rated fillies.
Ralph Becket’s charge has been consistent all season and has improved with every run so far having won three times already.
Her latest win came in a slightly lower grade over seven furlongs where she got on top late on, and she shapes as though she will be suited by the step back up to a mile.
She won over this trip earlier in the season and looks set to strike again.

6.40 Kempton: Love Your Work
Love Your Work looks like he is in a similar cycle to last year when Darryll Holland gradually got him down to a mark of 59 before he won four handicaps with the veteran handicapper, and his rating then proved beyond him once more.
The handicapper dropped him back down to a rating of 59 ahead of his latest start and after a succession of runs at big prices, he was backed into favourite and won nicely over this course and distance.
He is only 4lb higher for this race and, given he won his next start after getting back to winning ways last year, there has to be a good chance he will be able to repeat the sequence this season.
7.10 Kempton: Local Hero
This is a competitive race for the grade and a case can be made for many, but
Local Hero definitely has strong each-way claims in a race where bookies are paying extra places.
Richard Hannon’s gelding has won twice over this course and distance, and is now back in good form, plus is only 2lb above his last winning mark.
He is also 2lb better off with Sky Safari who beat him just a neck last time out, but
Local Hero looks to have fared better with the draw compared to his in-form rival, who is drawn wide.
The forecast strong pace will suit the selection well, and he looks to have solid place claims at least.
