Dave Nevison struck with So Many Roads (4-1) on Friday and marks your card for the action across Sandown and Wincanton on Saturday, all live on Racing TV.
1.15 Sandown: Dominic’s Fault
I really thought this gelding would develop into something special, but at the age of nine, Dominic’s Fault’s future may well be behind him.
However, in this Try Unibet's Acca Boosts Seniors' Handicap Hurdle, he might still be the contender with potential improvement in him, and be better handicapped than most of his rivals.
He has missed engagements since his reappearance at Newbury where he wasn’t given the hardest race. He has had a wind operation since that outing, and is wearing a tongue tie for the first time here, which will hopefully have a positive effect.
He was well backed when brought down, and just beginning to make a move, over this course and distance in January last year, and won a modest event at Lingfield prior to that.
He is definitely capable of more than he has shown on the track so far.

2.05 Wincanton: Three Pikes
Three Pikes has been placed in all three outings in maiden hurdles, and this handicap looks a good opportunity for him to break his maiden over obstacles.
This six-year-old has already won a bumper, and seemed to find the step up to almost 2m4f too far for him last time when finishing third at Uttoxeter. He should be better suited dropping down in trip here.
Jockey Rian Corcoran is really catching the eye, and should be on everybody’s list of claimers to note in 2026, and a handy 7lb allowance gives Three Pikes even more appeal.

3.05 Sandown: Credo
The application of a visor, as well as her usual tongue tie, plus the booking of Harry Cobden transformed Credo’s season last term, and with those three boxes ticked for the first time this season here, it is not difficult to imagine a similar outcome again here.
Anthony Honeyball struck with two winners on New Year's Day, and has been in form for a good while now, so it is difficult to imagine this mare not running well in this Unibet Veterans' Handicap Chase, specially as she has dropped back down to a mark only a pound higher than her latest success.
She sometimes drops too far back in her races, just as she did at Ascot last time out, but the headgear should make it easier for Cobden to keep her focused.

3.35 Sandown: Continuance
Freddie Keighley has forged a good relationship with
Continuance since he won on him as a 10lb claimer last season, and deserves another success based on his past two efforts.
Continuance is a couple of pounds better off with top weight Naradran, who beat him in a small field over course and distance on his penultimate start. That rival has disappointed since, but the Martin Keighley-trained runner has gone on to finish an excellent second to Fortune De Mer since then, and looks to still be improving.
Good ground suits the five-year-old well, as does the track, and it looks possible that Continuance might be able to set his own pace here.
I think he can hang on for a place at least, and is chalked up at a best-priced 11-1, at the time of writing, so is worth a look each-way.
