RMG - Charity of the Year

Following the nominations, we are now inviting all colleagues to vote for a charity you’d like RMG to support as our Charity of the Year.

Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting young people aged 13–24 with cancer and their families. They fund specialist nurses, youth workers, and NHS hospital units designed specifically for young people, run events to help them regain independence and connect with peers, and provide clear information on all aspects of living with cancer at a young age. 

Racing Welfare supports people working in British horseracing, including stud, stable, and racecourse staff, as well as associated professions. They offer professional guidance and practical help throughout people’s careers and beyond, helping them thrive in daily life and through challenges, from recruitment to retirement. 

Mind is a mental health charity that provides information, support, and advocacy. They offer direct help through local charities, helplines, online services, and employment schemes, while campaigning to improve services, reduce stigma, and ensure people with lived experience shape their work. 

Prostate Cancer UK focuses on raising awareness, funding research for better tests and treatments, and providing support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. They also campaign for a national early-detection programme, working toward a future where fewer men are diagnosed late and more survive the disease.
